Fudge

I made this last night.  I did not have high hopes.  Seemed too good to be true.  Holy goodness was it delicious! 

 

I don't know what it says about me that coconut oil, cocoa powder, and honey are all ingredients I had readily on hand.  I did not have almond butter.  I used peanut butter with delightful results. 

 

Have I told you about the time I made homemade almond butter and homemade almond milk?  Here's proof:

You can file that under not worth it.  Though this is totally the kind of thing I'd be super in to if I didn't have a job.

 

Also, regarding my birthday, I still have no idea what Joe has planned.  Last night he told me I would need to pack an overnight bag.  Say what?  I'm sort of giddy about the whole thing.
