A sapphire because my mom always wore a sapphire ring and I can remember trying that ring on in her bathroom from the time I was itty-bitty all the way through my teenage years. Beyond the sentimental value, I have also recently learned that sapphires represent truth, sincerity, faithfulness, and devotion which feels pretty perfect.
I made it known I wanted a sapphire a long time ago, but choosing which ring was all Joe. Nicely done, sir.
